To Activate: - Locate metal disc and bend with fingers until it clicks - After a few seconds, knead gel for optimum performance
To recharge: - Put the cooled pack in boiling water. Boil for approx. 5 minutes or until crystals are liquefied and clear - Allow to cool before re-activating - Keep away from the heated surface of pan - Do not put the hand warmer in a microwave oven
